PRIVACY NOTIFICATION

*Please read this declaration carefully and if you do not agree to the terms of personal data processing, you may not install the Application or delete your data by deleting your account or deactivating the Pizzalab Family application

With this declaration, I agree that I wish to register the application "PizzaLab Family" (the "Application"), operated by "Philly Vibe" AD, in its capacity as owner and operator of the Application and the website www.pizzalab.bg.  

I am aware that all restaurants established in the EU are obliged to use the information and personal data of users in case of online ordering through the Application lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as far the application is the online ordering application used by the Client to place its order for different products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as the “products” and/or “services”).

I give my consent to the Data Controller to process my personal data, which I voluntarily provide in order to register the “Pizzalab Familу” application as follows:

 • two names,

 • email, 

• phone number

The purpose for which the above data is provided is to register the application and / or register a profile.

I am aware that by providing my data for registration of the application, I became a "personal data subject" within the meaning of the GDPR and have the rights related to the exercise and protection of my data, described in details in the Data Protection Policy of the Data Controller - here. *Regarding the definition of personal data, personal data controller, data subject, please see the Data Protection Policy 

I am aware that the Data Controller is responsible for storing and using the data in a lawful manner and for the purposes of the order. 

The  Data Controller have implemented all the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect my data. 

The data are not provided to third parties, except in cases where the law requires this. 

I am aware and agree that after finalizing the order through the Application, the Data Controller provides my data to "GLOVOAP BULGARIA" EOOD for execution of the order placed, which have their own privacy policy - https://glovoapp.com/docs/en/legal/privacy/ and which "Philly Vibe" AD has concluded data protection agreement with. When exercising my rights as a data subject, I can make a request to both the Data Controller and the Personal Data Processors, and each of these companies is obliged to assist me in exercising my rights. 

I declare that I am familiar with the Personal Data Policy of "Philly Vibe" AD.
